We stopped off here for an espresso in the sunshine, was perfectly Parisian.

We randomly walked by randomly and instantly vibed with the place. Inside, we didn't get disappointed. The night produced relaxed talks with an interesting crowd

Great bar with moderate prices for Paris. Several good beers on tap. Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Rue Faubourg Saint-Denis...

There's a nice mirror. A glass of beer for 3.50? That's super cheap~ The atmosphere at the outdoor tables is great.

A charming little café/bar in the lively neighborhood around Château d'Eau, which is also the bar's name. It has a slightly alternative, charmingly run-down feel and attracts a great, very diverse crowd, which becomes more student-oriented as the night progresses. It gets really crowded in the evening. There's a fairly large selection of beers at very reasonable prices – especially by Parisian standards. You have to get your drinks directly from the bar.

Another €3.50 pint! OF COURSE WE'RE GOING! Plus, they serve real pints (not the fake ones that are trendy right now).

Very good bar, but difficult to find a seat unless you arrive early.

I come to this place regularly; it's very welcoming. Especially the bartender, Thibault—he's a really cool guy! Highly recommended! 👍🏼🫶🏼
