I really enjoyed it. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. Inside, there was a lovely "chalet" atmosphere. I ate on the terrace, on a small street that was very lively in the evening. It was very pleasant. And most importantly: excellent food. Delicious Comtois burger. And a perfect homemade chocolate fondant! Perfectly cooked on the outside, perfectly gooey inside... It was well worth the 15-minute wait mentioned on the menu 😊.

We came as a group and ordered an all-you-can-eat platter. We each had an individual plate with our meats and sides. The atmosphere was welcoming. I had a problem with my mushroom tart, and they kindly removed it from my bill. A friendly and understanding business.

We booked for 12 people and everything went perfectly. The meal was excellent, with generous portions and high-quality dishes. I particularly recommend the Montagnard burger, it was absolutely delicious! We were just passing through, but the experience was truly memorable. I highly recommend it 👍

The burger was good, service a little slow and lots of cooking fumes (clothes didn't smell great afterwards) but overall the atmosphere was good and the welcome was warm.

25/04/2026: This morning, I woke up gently at Café Morand, a charming spot with a touch of Besançon flair and a modern twist. The breakfast, simple on paper, turned out to be very pleasant: fresh baguette, warm croissant… an effective combination to start the day right. I also tried a perfectly balanced cookie, as well as a walnut macaron-style tartlet, from a generous display case and entirely homemade. A truly delightful surprise. The café offers a breakfast set menu including a hot drink, juice, a pastry, and half a fresh baguette, with a particularly attractive price-quality ratio.
