I cannot give an opinion on the restaurant. It is announced that the service is provided until 2 p.m. I showed up at 1:40 p.m. and was told that the cook had turned off his fires. In short, I can't tell you if the food is good. Too bad, because the setting looks very pleasant with a beautiful view of Saumur.

Superb establishment with a beautiful view of the Château de Saumur. Musical evenings on Friday evenings. Very pleasant atmosphere and very good dinner. Top service.

Superb hotel, with a magnificent view of Saumur and its castle. Dinner at the restaurant was a treat from starter to dessert. The entire staff is very professional and very welcoming!!

Great team, very good welcome and service. Very good restaurant. Perfect and quiet location but close to town (car) and visits. Swimming pool and bar. Care and well-being (sauna, jacuzzi). Small downside on 2 wicker type armchairs, from the bar terrace (really in very poor condition to be removed urgently).

Un très agréable moment passé dans ce cadre ciné/B.O. vintage. La vue sur Saumur est exceptionnelle et en ferai presque oublier la belle qualité des plats du menu bistronomique. Des saveurs intéressantes pour des plats joliment présentés. Les vins, essentiellement locaux, mais assez variés permettent de satisfaire tous les accords. Les conseils sont.t avisés. Une bonne adresse à suivre avec intérêt. Merci à toute la gentille équipe du service et au chef pour ce bin moment.

De passage sur Saumur nous avons fait un halte au restaurant. Non loin du Cadre Noir de Saumur le restaurant surplombe la ville et offre une vue magnifique sur Saumur. Très bon rapport qualité-prix et le premier menu à 27 euros et vraiment excellent. Accueil impeccable service idem je recommande cette adresse

Hotel very well located neither too far nor too close to Saumur. A pleasant and family service. Very good restaurant and breakfast! Well-being premises to be repaired (hammam broken although we really appreciate it). However, a brave golden masseuse!

17/08/2024: I did not stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant for lunch. I took the menu for 32 euros with starter, main course, dessert, since I have a sweet tooth and I like to discover regional specialties, I tasted it and trusted our waitress who was professional and kind.. From the aperitif, wine and dishes everything was excellent.. I had a great lunch in this very beautiful and very nice restaurant. Everything was perfect. Best wishes. Looking forward to returning to your establishment because the region is very nice and I will definitely come back.

Les Quatre Saisons

10/09/2024: I just had dinner four evenings at the 4 Saisons restaurant and I really enjoyed it. The boss is at the service and in the kitchen and he is very efficient. The dishes are very well cooked and I enjoy it every time. It's simple and good Please note, it is prudent to reserve as there are few places available. Thank you and well done boss!
