How can I simply describe the experience of this past Saturday evening? Wonderful in every way. First, the very warm and attentive welcome, with a consistent theme throughout the meal. We felt privileged, treated like VIPs without any pretense. As for the meal, we opted for the full three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) to savor as many dishes as possible. There wasn't a single flaw, and we discovered flavors from a kitchen clearly prepared with passion. A nice touch was the infused rum we enjoyed as an aperitif. A big thank you to the owner (or at least I presume he is) and the chef for sharing this experience. Living 600km away, I rarely visit your area, but I will definitely repeat this experience for another 5-star convivial moment.

Having come from Moselle, our hostess had warmly recommended this place, and we weren't disappointed at all. The welcome was incredibly warm, the dishes transported us to the other side of the world, and there were little touches we hadn't expected. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this evening, which capped off a wonderful day exploring the castles. Sorry, we found the chef and took him back to Moselle!

The welcome was very warm and the owner very friendly. The value for money, considering the explosion of flavors, is frankly very reasonable! I highly recommend it; I can't wait to go back!

Another successful evening with a great musical atmosphere thanks to the group Franck Mossler and Pierre Yves Plat, not forgetting our national Guillaume and also the kitchen staff who delighted us, in short, a little corner of happiness to share.

I went to this restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of the hotel where I was staying. The welcome was very warm, the atmosphere relaxed and cheerful, and the island cuisine sophisticated (I wholeheartedly recommend the sausage rougail and the sweet potato cake topped with chocolate – a guaranteed culinary journey!). They also served me infused rum to complete the evening. A huge thank you to the hosts for their thoughtfulness; I had a delightful time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6/5! Arriving from the North at 10:15 PM after more than 600 km on the road, we thought we'd have to settle for just a drink, as the kitchen was already closed. But we hadn't counted on the generosity and kindness of the staff! In no time at all, the owners prepared a delicious chicken salad with exotic flavors, accompanied by a beer from my home country. What a treat after such a long day! Beyond the quality of the food, it was the warmth of the people that truly touched us. Meeting people with such genuine kindness has become rare, and for that alone, the stop was well worth it. A huge thank you to the entire team for this exceptional welcome and this wonderful moment of sharing. Long live Dominica, long live Senegal, long live Tissons by Punta Cana! 🙏🌴✨
