A very pleasant stay with high-quality services.

We went for the first time to enjoy the Bulle Lunch & Spa package for two at €194 on a weekday, and we had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was smiling and very professional, which immediately put us at ease. We started in the marine area, where you can swim a few laps, in addition to enjoying the hammam and individual sauna. The facilities are immaculate and perfectly maintained. Our only slight reservation: we weren't entirely convinced by the kimonos. We then enjoyed a couples massage with Isabelle and Nathalie: a truly relaxing and expert experience. Their skill really made a difference. To finish, we savored lunch. The service was pleasant, and the dishes were well-chosen and of high quality. A truly wonderful experience that we will gladly repeat soon!

Small room in the castle with a sea view, featuring a TV on a stand that takes up considerable space at the foot of the bed. There's not much room to move around. The carpet is quite worn and the whole room needs refreshing. Housekeeping varies; for example, one day the room wasn't vacuumed. And another day at 4:30 pm, the room hadn't been cleaned; we had to ask. In the bathroom, the wall-mounted clothes rack is missing, leaving only the two screws in the wall. The toilet brush was also quite worn, as it had broken. After reporting it, a used brush was provided on the second day, but the screws remained. The service is a bit lacking for a 4-star hotel, especially for the rooms. The outdoor pool was clean and pleasantly warm. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, with oysters and champagne, and everything was fresh. The evening meal was satisfactory. The restaurant staff were professional, pleasant, and smiling, as were the valets. The thalassotherapy treatments and the indoor pool were satisfactory.

The setting is lovely. We spent a day at the Thalasso spa and enjoyed treatments, the aquatic area, and the restaurant. The service was professional and friendly. The indoor pools aren't very large, and the place can be noisy. The brunch was excellent with a wide selection of dishes!

Romantic weekend getaway. A pleasant weekend overall, but with a serious lack of service considering the hotel's reputation. Indeed, the exterior is superb, the castle beautifully renovated and spotless. The welcome was worthy of a 4-star hotel, with a high-end reception area and restaurant. However, what a disappointment upon arrival in the corridors leading to the rooms. There was a noticeable disconnect... the rooms and spa area really need updating. The furniture in the rooms was damaged, and there was no water available. The mattress was very hard, with an inflated topper, likely due to years of use. The spa area was truly disappointing. The spaces were small, there weren't enough lounge chairs, and we had to hang our towels and bathrobes on the aquabikes – we've seen better hooks. The sauna and hammam area was nice, but far too small for the number of guests the hotel can accommodate. A good weekend, beautiful location, attractive exterior, but for those used to thalassotherapy, don't expect high-end service. The restaurant and breakfast were very good. Be aware that breakfast is completely unsuitable for wheelchair users or children, as it's served on a large, high table about 1.30m tall, making it impossible for them to serve themselves. We encountered a gentleman in a wheelchair who needed help to serve himself… not great for a 4-star hotel… Worth a visit, but for the price, we wouldn't repeat it.

We've been coming for a weekend getaway for two for years now, and we've never been disappointed. This year in particular, we were more than delighted. The restaurant's chef was very accommodating to my dietary needs, and I'm very grateful for that. The staff were also wonderful. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back.
