Absolutely nothing to complain about. From the welcome, even though it was late, to the quality of the bed, the cleanliness of the room, the excellent choice for breakfast, and the cleanliness of the pools, everything was fantastic. We took advantage of a very attractive last-minute rate. I will definitely be back. Well done to all the staff. Thank you.

There was a long wait for dinner despite having a reservation with a pre-set time.
There was also a long wait for breakfast. The service and the dining room could be better adapted to the number of guests; it's a bit of a shame for a hotel of this caliber.

A very high-standard hotel where everything is designed to make your stay a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The welcome and service are of exceptional quality, with particularly attentive and considerate staff who remain discreet. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature excellent bedding. The thalassotherapy center also offers a particularly pleasant experience, notably with fully private cabins that allow you to fully enjoy this relaxing moment. The restaurant offers refined cuisine, without excess or unnecessary sophistication, and the breakfast, served until 10 a.m., is simply sumptuous, both in terms of the quality and variety of the products offered.

The entrance is rather garish compared to the standard of the upper floors. The carpet in the hallways is worn and there's also an unpleasant odor.
Overall, I find the price too high considering the quality offered.
Regarding breakfast, €40 seems excessive. While there's a good selection, the lack of truly homemade items is disappointing, which is what one would expect at this price point.
That's my impression.

We spent three nights at this hotel. The weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor pool.
The free access to the spa at the end of the day was simply amazing, especially after a long bike ride.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent bedding.
The breakfast was of good quality.
Only the coffee area was a problem, with modern machines constantly breaking down during peak hours.
We really appreciated Anaïs at breakfast; she was always smiling and helpful, as was Modeste, who was extremely kind.

We stayed at Château des Tourelles. The setting is magnificent, and the rooms are large and well-equipped. However, the meals were disappointing. We were on full board, but the organization was disorganized. The menu was identical for lunch and dinner, and the difference in quality for the same dishes was striking and detracted from the overall quality of the food.
The quality of the thalassotherapy treatments was excellent. The personalized service and the private cabins available for couples were a major plus in my opinion. The "too much" was the €28 per night parking fee... okay, there's valet parking, but the price is excessive in my opinion. A half-weekend
