Les Tourelles sur Pornichet

This establishment is magnificent and the staff is outstanding; I highly recommend it. However, the housekeeping staff should improve their efforts, as the cleaning quality remains average and improvements are needed. On the other hand, the restaurant staff is impeccable.

I've been coming to the Relais Thalasso Château des Tourelles in Pornichet for several years now, and it's always a real pleasure to stay there. The setting is magnificent and conducive to relaxation, but what keeps me coming back is the consistent quality of the establishment. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is truly soothing. The food is superb, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. And a special mention for the breakfast, which is even better: varied, generous, and made with high-quality products—perfect for starting the day off right. An address I recommend without hesitation!

We were lucky enough to enjoy a couples' treatment with Nathalie, including a scrub followed by a moisturizing wax, and it was simply an exceptional experience. She takes the time to explain each step with great gentleness and kindness, which immediately puts you at ease. I then had a massage with Nathalie. As someone who regularly receives massages, I can say without hesitation that it was the best I've ever had! I highly recommend this establishment, which is ideal for both couples and families. Special mention goes to the thoughtful touches like the breakfast and the champagne with oysters, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The treatment rooms are immaculate and very clean, and the staff is remarkably kind. A huge thank you to Nathalie for this unforgettable moment!

We had an excellent stay; the staff were very attentive to our needs, the breakfast was very varied, and the dinner was excellent. Highly recommended for a weekend or midweek break.

I didn't try the rooms, but the Sunday brunch is incredible and the spa is fantastic. Sauna, steam room, and pool for relaxation. Top-notch. Valet parking and lovely staff. Well done!

I just returned from three days of spa treatments at Château des Tourelles. No overnight stays. I had a wonderful time. Elegant setting, attentive staff, treatments in beautiful, spacious rooms. The only downside was the indoor pool water, which was a bit chilly for my liking. The terrace overlooking the sea was perfect. I'll be back as soon as I win my motorcycle license...

The hotel is very well located and the staff is truly delightful. We had a wonderful time. As some reviews have mentioned, the hotel is showing its age a bit, and some details could be improved. It's a shame because it detracts from the staff's cheerful and courteous atmosphere. We would recommend this hotel to friends, but we suggest visiting during the off-season to take advantage of more attractive rates. My wife had a wonderful time at the spa treatments, again with a very friendly team.

I'm unfortunately disappointed by the way this brunch has changed. The dishes now lack the finesse and generosity that made the place famous. The service, while efficient, has become much more impersonal. It's a shame; the place seems to have lost its soul along the way.

A really lovely brunch. Super welcoming team, classy but not too stuffy! Plenty of choice, an excellent ribeye steak, a real treat, perfect for enjoying in the sunshine by the sea. I'll be back! 👍
