Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the care, very good cuisine, the only small downside was the hair dryer which was very complicated to use as you had to pull hard on the cord to have access to a mirror and you had to press hard on the handle to put it in place. walk . In terms of cleanliness, just OK (carpet in the hallway and stairs not great, the same goes for the fabric of the skirt surrounding the bed)

Perfect stay to rest, relax and be pampered. 3 downsides: 1) the double bed is very comfortable on one side and not at all on the other, an explanatory note on the adjustment of the mattresses would have been welcome. 2) in the swimming pool, a display would be welcome to indicate the switches to activate the jets, the lifeguard not seeming to care about the people present... 3) the valet parking service was very good until our departure, around 12 p.m. On the road we had the disappointment of only finding part of our car key! After calling to inform reception and waiting for a call for information, we decided to come back... Back at the hotel, the young valet who took care of us did not worry or apologize for the problem, his service being finished he left and let his colleague take care of us. the problem was quickly resolved (the key having been dismantled by what mystery? and the piece missing from the back of the car!!!) We therefore left around 2 p.m. very upset by this setback which spoiled and compromised our program of return, and we are surprised that the staff apologizes little or not and does not offer any action. Our stay was also very pleasant and we thank you for that.

A look back at our experience after a stay of a few days in the establishment. We had already been several times over several years before the Covid period. We rate it 4/5* in general because the place and the view are still great. We would like to thank the morning team for breakfast for their truly appreciable welcome and attention. Conversely, the evening team for the dinner part left us perplexed and not worthy of the standing of the place, we felt rushed, almost spied on, which is not pleasant. A not very appreciable tone from one of the collaborators as if the person was not very happy to be present, mistakes made on the cooking and the dessert part. As for the hotel, the valet parking service is always at the top, however the hotel is aging and unfortunately the maintenance is not keeping up. Cracks in the ceilings on the interior courtyard side, paintings in the bedroom which do not seem to have been replaced, a very difficult sliding window. The white paint on buildings is yellowing and is no longer pleasing to the eye, which is a shame. Problems with windows in the pool area. The exteriors at this time are not installed but the environment has only changed and it has therefore aged too. The idea of ​​this comment being that it is constructive in the hope of being able to come back to it and see improvements. Thanks to all the staff A&J
