Les Touristes sur Abondance

Great environment, great service, very good food and pleasant staff!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Les Touristes. The welcome was truly warm, with many thoughtful touches for our 3-year-old daughter, who felt right at home. The room was pleasant and very comfortable; a slightly firmer mattress would have been ideal, but this didn't detract from the overall quality of our stay. Special mention goes to the private shower with hot water… even during peak hours! When everyone is returning from skiing at the same time, it's often a gamble in some accommodations. Here, there's no risk of ending up in a freezing cold shower: a real plus for those who are sensitive to the cold 😅 The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the dinners featuring local specialties were a real treat. We also greatly appreciated our interactions with the managers, who were always available, attentive, and genuinely concerned about whether everything was going well. Thank you to Sabrina and her father for their kindness, and a special thank you to the mother who took our reservation. A charming and welcoming place that we highly recommend. We will gladly return.

A charming hotel and, above all, a wonderful welcome from the whole family! Beyond the warm welcome and friendliness throughout our stay, I particularly loved the food. We opted for half-board and we don't regret it at all! Every evening was a superb, delicious meal!

Fantastic!! The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and, above all, very helpful and accommodating. The food was a real treat; everything is homemade, and you can tell! I hurt my knee, and they didn't hesitate to bring food to my room, along with an ice pack every night... truly lovely. I had a wonderful time at this family-run establishment, which is also known for its straightforwardness! Everything I love!

A stop in the village of Abondance is where I discovered this hotel. Magnificent! I didn't stay there, but from the outside, it truly felt like I was in the mountains, with its charming, authentic feel. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for a week with my boyfriend at the Hôtel des Touristes. Everything was perfect. The hotel's decor is very cozy and immediately immerses you in the mountain atmosphere. Our room with a balcony was superb. I loved the chalet style. The wardrobe is large and we could store all our belongings. The staff is incredibly kind; we received a very warm welcome. We also had dinner at the hotel on New Year's Eve and it was delicious. We were treated like royalty; everything was perfect. The chef truly deserves praise, as he prepared everything from scratch. The staff was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to return. To top it all off, their prices are very reasonable.
