A perfect meal during our lovely day at the thermal baths 🧖‍♀️🧖 We received a super warm welcome from the manager of this restaurant & hotel, a very kind and helpful person who offered us excellent suggestions from the menu: starters (soup and seasonal salad), main courses (porcini mushroom ravioli and fish fillet with fresh vegetables), and a chestnut dessert – everything was delicious and cooked with care and love. Excellent value for money! We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back 💛

The owners are charming and welcoming, full of thoughtful touches for their guests. We spent our three-day stay in a spacious and very well-equipped accessible room. The breakfast is excellent and all-you-can-eat, and the restaurant is full of charm; the inventive meals are a delight. A big thank you to the chef and everyone else.

Excellent restaurant. The daily menu and the spa guest menu are superb; local produce is prepared with great flair, making even simple dishes incredibly delicious. Kudos to the chef, who clearly loves cooking. We dined there several times during our spa treatment (table 11) and it was always a pleasure. Best wishes for continued success. Fabien and Christophe

We had lunch there as a Christmas gift from our children in 2024. The Ardèche menu was no longer available, but we were able to order similar dishes from the regular menu. The portions were generous, but some side dishes were missing (lamb shank without sauce, charcuterie without pickles). Overall, the quality/quantity ratio was good, but if you're looking for a "gastronomic/bistronomic" experience, this isn't the place for you.

Independent hotel in the city center. A warm welcome, refined and well-presented cuisine. Excellent value for money. Thank you for allowing us to park our vehicle and bikes in the garage and for accommodating our dog. We appreciated it and will return on our next visit.
