This is simply the best ice cream I've ever tasted! The chouchou ice cream is a real treat, with its chouchou spread at the bottom and caramelized chouchous on top. I can't wait to go back!

Best ice cream parlor in Vals-les-Bains since 1930! This establishment's reputation is well-deserved. A multitude of flavors with truly authentic tastes. Special mention goes to the 100%, made with Valrhona dark chocolate, and the Tropézienne, with genuine Tropézienne cream topped with a scoop of blueberry ice cream. We'll be back.

It's impossible to visit Vals-les-Bains without stopping at La Béatrix. The ice cream is simply exceptional, with an incredible selection of flavors, each more delicious than the last. The service is efficient and always very pleasant, even when it's busy. A legendary spot where you're guaranteed a treat every time! 🍦🍨✨

Saint-Jean Restaurant

24/06/2026: A great stopover for motorcycle touring. The hotel is well located, with easy access and secure parking for motorcycles. The owner is very friendly. The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds and are very clean. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay at the Hotel Saint-Jean again.
07/06/2026: I highly recommend the Hotel Saint-Jean. Its location is ideal, close to everything, and there's parking. The welcome was warm, the rooms were spacious and air-conditioned, with a shower and toilet, and very clean. It was very quiet... a great place to stay, I would gladly return. Isabelle Oriol
