A pleasant restaurant with excellent, tasty, and generous cuisine – well done! The only downside was the inconsistent service; the diet menu seemed to be completely unknown when we ordered, but fortunately the large salad turned out to be an excellent second choice.

I can't comment on the rooms. The restaurant is very good. The location is magnificent. The food is very good. The service is welcoming and friendly. I had a very good time. I recommend it.

Hello, I had a short stay at the "Les Touristes" hotel-restaurant in Vals-les-Bains.

For the past three days we have been coming, either for lunch or dinner, the menu is very good, the set menu of starter, main course and dessert varies every day, for a very competitive price (€18.50 or €22.50), the products are local, we tasted and really enjoyed the owner's vintage, well done, it is a pleasure to frequent the restaurant where we are well received.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay during a trip. Decent enough. Average cleanliness.

A wonderful stay in a charming two-story hotel, ideally located in the heart of the Ardèche region, just an 8-minute walk from the thermal baths where I had a very pleasant stay during my spa treatment. It was a friendly experience in this small, family-run hotel, worthy of a 3-star rating, at a more than reasonable price. Here, the quality of the welcome and service truly comes to life! A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality. In the restaurant, the service and the food were impeccable, very generous portions, not to mention the well-stocked breakfast buffet. The shaded terrace was a real plus. The rooms are decorated simply and tastefully, the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are small but very well designed, each room has individual air conditioning, impeccable cleanliness, and a refrigerator is available in each hallway. I will definitely return to this hotel; it is a truly restorative, calm and very pleasant place, ideal for a very good stay.
