Bar Restaurant Les Artistes sur Vals-Les-Bains

At the beginning of summer, I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant with my family. The owner was very friendly, and we enjoyed a long chat with her during our visit. The menu looked absolutely delicious. Each dish featured local ingredients. I personally enjoyed a succulent goat cheese and honey salad with seasonal vegetables and goat cheese from a producer near Vals—it was divine. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Vals; it's well worth the trip.
