It's been a while since I wanted to return the favor with this comment which is largely due to them! It's a little piece of Italy among us, (ac)CAPTURED by their Italian accent which sets the tone, these meals of CULINARY QUALITY "TRADIZIONE ITALIANA" and the making of pizzas in the room for everyone to see in this setting ( ...picturesque!). This proximity, this QUALITY OF natural and HUMAN RELATIONAL CONTACT with Italian-style background music and a SUMMERED, INTIMIST and romantic atmosphere ("Ancient Rome"?!) takes us to the heart of this TYPICAL IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE... Sinequanone criteria totally honored for me, in addition and beyond the quality of the dishes: Time, energy, INTEREST and frank and SINCERE CONSIDERATION for the CUSTOMER (and no politeness of convenience or "commercial" smile), a FAVORABLE ATMOSPHERE to fully enjoy and SAVOR the moment, TASTE in awareness and in full presence, in an ATMOSPHERE INIMITABLE, CALM and SERENE, non-anxiogenic, and COZY, "ACCOGLIENT"... In short, with this old-fashioned PRESTIGE AND SIMPLICITY combined, it is a “lazy” Italian-Mediterranean micro-climate and its generosity, which warm the taste buds... and the heart! If we come there the first time “for what they do”, we come back (again) “for what they are”! See you soon! PS: to finish and even more to give you an overview that says a lot, here is the chef's response when I asked him if we called the thin slices of white ham "chiffonnade" (I will always remember that, and that makes me smile every time I think about it): “In Italy, we call it (simply) 'ham'. There’s no fuss, as long as it’s good.” 👌

Small pizzeria in the heart of Béziers where we had a wonderful time around wonderful pizzas and a welcoming team... I recommend with my eyes closed..💪🍕👍
