A very pleasant welcome. The meal was excellent (despite the foie gras not being sufficiently deveined and a slice of bread left out a little too long). The service was attentive, and there was no interminable wait between courses; however, we would have appreciated a small discount on the bill after being blessed at the café and ultimately spending the day with two coffee stains on our trousers. It was still a good experience, and we will gladly return.

We just left the restaurant Les Trois Marchands. The food was refined, very generous, and delicious. The staff was friendly, especially the gentleman who served us. He was very kind, attentive to our requests, and enjoyed chatting with people. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Very high-quality service! Friendly server who spoke to his customers! It was fantastic!
In terms of culinary quality, there's nothing to complain about. It was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert!

Very pleasant place, beautifully decorated (beautiful surroundings).
Starters (tomato stuffed with goat cheese) and seasonal main course (sweet and savory fig mignonette), tasty, very good.
Desserts were more typical of the area (Sologne) (for example, we had a pineapple carpaccio that wasn't too elaborate or typical, but fresh nonetheless).

Visiting with family for lunch after visiting the castle.
After our reservation, we were a little worried about eating badly after reading recent reviews... But in the end, everything was fine.
25-euro menu: starter, main course, and dessert.
(Egg mimosa or homemade terrine; fish of the day or roast chicken; crème brûlée or fruit verrine)
We enjoyed our meal, and the children's menu is generous.
The price is reasonable if you choose the set menu.
Service is okay, maybe a little slow, but we were on vacation with no urgent needs, so it was fine.
Calm atmosphere, little noise.
