Les Vents D'Anges sur Beaulieu-Sur-Mer

07/09/2024: When we arrived the staff was initially defensive, which could have been the first clue. The second was delivered by dirty tables that had not been wiped down. Two dishes from the daily menu special brought a paella with noticeably not fresh seafood and a tough and questionable-tasting chicken. A mush of rice with peas and limp mussels was served with it. The other dish, beef fillet and fries, turned out to be very thin on the grill medium by burnt charcoal-flavored rags on a bed of lettuce leaves and sun-dried tomatoes from the jar. The only good thing was the fries and the parmesan on the meat. 50 euros for both.

29/08/2024: Very friendly owner and waiting staff. The dishes were good, a bit too much topping on the veggie pizza though. Lasagne was tasty, and a generous size. They had a good specials board as well. Good selection of deserts. A large beer ‘only’ €7, most places are charging €9. Overall reasonably priced for good quality.
