It's a once-a-year opportunity for me to switch off and savor the chef's menu at LVM. Whether the restaurant is packed or you're practically alone, the service and the cuisine are always exquisite. Thank you.

Great place to sit and enjoy the amazing view, also the waiter was kind and did a great job…but the food is not good enough for the price I paid. Great place for an apero or coffee but not for a real lunch or dinner. I took the ´fish/catch of the day’ which was a ´sole ´ (really ?) dry and random truffel scraped on it (which was not announced and I am not a fan of truffel 😖)

We had a wonderful Saint Sylvestre Dinner at the Vieux Murs restaurant on 31st December 2025. A big thanks to the wonderful staff who created an unforgettable experience for us! The interior is located in the old City Walls and is simply outstanding, beautifully decorated with chandeliers and small details everywhere. The staff is very nice and attentive. I can't really understand some of the Bad comments I have been reading on Google. The food is very good french Cusine- don't expect fine Michelin Star dining, but very good quality and taste. The Saint Sylvestre menu was innovative and just right for a 5h experience. Just to mention the fantastic Camembert with wonderful local truffels (lots of it!). We will definitely come back!

What a shame... we were really looking forward to dinner, as the restaurant's location, ambiance, and highly professional service promised a wonderful culinary evening. The champagne, wine, and appetizers—oysters with champagne onion vinegar and trout gravlax—were very good. The main courses—John Dory and veal tournedos—were disappointing. The portions were too large, there was no "wow" factor, and they were simply too rich. And all this at quite high prices. And the mandarin sorbet wasn't really sorbet at all... It's a pity, we can't recommend this restaurant.
