Excellent restaurant! The food, wines, service, and welcome were all very pleasant! We also loved the dessert, which was a new discovery for us: the Villeneuve pebble! Thank you! And I highly recommend it.

We had booked a table for the afternoon of a Thursday evening in early August. Upon arrival, there was space both outside and inside. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the coolness of the beautiful vaulted dining room. We received a warm welcome, the service was pleasant, and the food was excellent (original, fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented). We will be back.

12/08/2026: Excellent meal, an original salad with very fresh ingredients, superb homemade lemonade, and a truly divine dessert (red berry and black sesame tiramisu). The service was quick and very friendly, on a quiet, shaded street. You won't regret it!
11/08/2026: The salmon tartine was no longer on the menu, as it had been so popular. I can therefore be certain of the freshness of the ingredients and that they are not frozen. Inside, the dining area is small and nicely decorated. I don't like the outside because of the proximity of a large wall. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I recommend their tartines. Mine cost €13 and was delicious, in addition to being quite original. I was in a hurry, and it was served quickly. I also had a bulgur salad on my plate, if I'm not mistaken. This place, near Place de la Comédie, is quiet. I finally came back; I loved my two French toasts, one savory and the other sweet.

05/08/2026: A really excellent but not pretentious restaurant. The wait staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable about all of the food and wine on the menu. Food came quickly and was delicious (as well as filling, which is unusual for high-end dining). If you are going for two courses, we’d recommend the main and dessert, but getting all three for €4 extra is a no brainer. We would definitely revisit if ever in Montpellier again!
05/08/2026: A wonderful find in old Montpellier. The cuisine is very sophisticated, especially considering the chef works alone in the kitchen. A real delight at an affordable price in a charming street. Highly recommended!
