Good morning, We come to this establishment regularly and we love it. However, we stayed 2 nights (02/09 to 04/09), and the reception of the day at 5:00 p.m. was really freezing. In fact, the day we arrived our son was sick and therefore another organization had to be made on our side to be able to come. An email informed us that we can come at 12:00 p.m. instead of 3:30 p.m. because we are, I quote, "privileged customers". When explaining the situation I then asked if it was possible to extend the stay on the day of departure to "replace" what we were unable to benefit from but it was a categorical NO. I then replied that we are not that privileged. What's the point of sending an email like this... what does "privileged" mean, well, super disappointed. When we left we handed over the satisfaction questionnaire and the young man who is in training was great (better than this lady who really should stop instead of passing on her bad mood) went to see his boss (I think) and told us offered to stay but it was too late... at 11:20 am to offer it to us was frankly not feasible! We could have organized on Tuesday but that was impossible. So when you want, you can especially since there really weren't many people there. Frankly, I'm still on my fence. But I still wanted to point out that the rest of the staff are really pleasant and welcoming and that the hotel is great. It's a shame...

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT Reservation as a couple for a junior suite with dinner: impeccable room, huge bathroom superbly decorated and equipped, private jacuzzi, conviviality tray, delicious dinner, friendly, impeccable staff, discreet without being present. Magnificent infrastructure, clean hotel and very pleasant staff. Spacious and clean room. Very beautiful wellness spa center. Varied breakfast buffet but on the second day, no squeezed orange juice (machine broken) and the choice of bread is reduced (unchanged price 25€/pers). The lunch room is full and therefore it is necessary to eat on the covered terrace where it is not very hot this morning. The welness is full around 5 p.m.!!! No more deckchairs available, customers are seated in the corridors (the number of accesses should be limited!) The geographical location of the hotel is undoubtedly perfect for mountain biking departures 🥰

We booked a day + a night during the week for our 20th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect, especially the team which continues to improve over the years. Bonus: the meal is offered for a wedding anniversary! So we took the opportunity to extend our stay at the spa. A sure value and we won't wait 10 years for the next time.

We stayed there for our wedding anniversary and had a great time. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the SPA was really complete and varied, it was a real pleasure! We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and had a great time. The meal was excellent in every way and the service perfect.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. I loved this hotel, I really did! A setting just wowwww, in the woods, in total calm. The rooms are just breathtaking. Large, clean, spacious, super comfortable bed. We took the half board option, the evening meal was just too good. The concept of unlimited drinks included in the price of the meal is just great. Lunch, nothing to say, a choice to satisfy all mouths. The spa, ahhh the spa. Just great! It's a shame we didn't plan ahead for the massages, because there was no more room for the two days, I advise you to book your treatment in advance. The exterior was under construction. But hey, any improvement requires work so frankly for us it’s not a negative point! Looking forward to coming back to this hotel when everything is finished to see the improvements to the spa, because yes, it’s an address that I will remember and come back!
