Very pretty restaurant at the top of the Planchamp cable car, with a superb view. A menu with a lot of choice but the prices are high. The dishes are good. The welcome and service by the manager are a little hasty. Damage.

Profiter du soleil, de la vue sur le Mont Blanc et de l'air frais sur la terrasse ombragée... Et déguster une excellente salade au St Marcellin gratiné : le bonheur !

Friendly staff, we ate excellent and a splendid view, you even have to stop for a drink on the deckchairs facing the magnificent panorama 👍

Repas parfait. Conseil, gardez un peu de place pour le dessert. Ils sont tous délicieux. Merci pour le pâtissier Philippe. Tes desserts fait maison sont à tomber. J'adore.

Excellent cuisine in a superb setting, a real pleasure for the mouth and the eyes. Impeccable and friendly service supervised by an attentive “boss”. How good it is on the plate and in the welcome, we will come back to it. .. Jp & B

L'Aigle Blanc

01/09/2024: Very nice little restaurant, located at the top of the hamlet Les Charmettes. Accessible by car (large car park), by free shuttle (stop 50 m away) or on foot (approximately 2 km from the top of the station) Homemade dishes, we enjoyed the tartichevre. The chocolate fondant would have been even better if served hotter, too bad. New visit at the end of August 2024, tartichèvre a real treat and the artisanal ice creams are exquisite. We recommend. The place is really super nice, nestled in a quiet corner of the mountain and 2 steps from civilization but it feels like it 🤩
18/08/2024: Super warm restaurant at the beginning of the forest, magical view, very well thought out you can eat on the terrace despite the rain because it closes like a half veranda. The dishes are balanced and very fragrant, local seasonal or garden products, very inventive. Thank you for this suspended moment

L’Apres Ski Valmorel

22/08/2024: Excellent stay in this perfectly maintained hotel. Efficient and friendly staff and owners.
19/08/2024: Excellent stay in Valmorel in this very well located hotel in the center of the village. The staff is very pleasant, smiling and we were even entitled to a shower after the very muddy mountain bike race. The room was simple, clean, even a small balcony to take the local génépi with friends. The sauna is accessible during reception opening hours and you just need to let them know so they can start it, it's so pleasant, a real plus. The prices remain reasonable and it is well worth it. There is even an electrical outlet outside the hotel to recharge our bikes, so, what can I say, a must. I will go back next summer, that’s for sure.
