This restaurant has a two-course meal deal: half a pizza and a salad, which is perfect for a light dinner. The pizza crust is thin, which I particularly appreciate because it's lighter in the evening. This allows you to indulge a little more on dessert; I recommend the profiteroles—I've never had such good ones. The Saint-Chinian red wine by the glass was excellent. Great restaurant!

We received a warm welcome; the waitress who served our table was very kind and efficient. The food was excellent, the restaurant has old vaulted cellars, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We will definitely return. My friends and I are from Mende, but reservations are necessary. It was a Saturday evening, and the following Monday at lunchtime, we couldn't get a table as it was fully booked, and we arrived without a reservation as a group of six.

On the other hand, beware: glasses of wine listed on the menu as €3 are charged at €5...
