L'Escale sur La Seyne-Sur-Mer

I'm giving 3 stars mainly because of Laura, the waitress, who was lovely, always smiling, and very professional. She even gave my children ice cream. Thank you to her for her warm welcome and kindness 😊 The 2 stars I'm deducting are for the mussels with Roquefort cheese, which I found quite disappointing as they were very watery, and for the owner's behavior during an altercation with a dissatisfied customer. I found some of the comments he made as the customer was leaving to be really inappropriate, especially in front of the other customers. The karaoke atmosphere was fun. It's a shame, because with a better meal and a more professional attitude from the owner, the experience would have been much better.

Great atmosphere, fantastic team, and a warm welcome! We had a really great time in a friendly and festive setting. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful! I came with my family and the welcome was fantastic, incredibly kind and generous. The food was especially excellent. Highly recommended!

I invited family and friends. Everyone had a great time. The atmosphere was friendly. We had a lot of fun at karaoke. A lovely evening that felt good.

Great place with good karaoke. The owner is very cool 👍

Based on the reviews, I'm surprised. Yesterday, we arrived around 8:30 pm, a group of seven with an Australian Shepherd. Because of this, we asked for a table away from the others. Everything was perfect: the location, the food. We ordered mussels and fries, breaded veal cutlet, pizza, and a burger. The food was excellent, the portions generous, and the price was very reasonable. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. A really good experience for us. The karaoke night was also very enjoyable.

If you want to have funny experience very local good to go, but if you want something chic no lol

I went to eat there with my wife and children. It's a bit pricey (22 euros for all-you-can-eat mussels, but they're very good; I ordered all-you-can-eat mussels plus 2 euros for the sauce each time we refilled it—I've never seen that before!), but they were very good, as was my wife's pizza. The waitress was very friendly, but the waiters weren't very kind or smiling. We were unlucky because it rained, so the atmosphere wasn't great, but they did turn on the karaoke just for my children, who left very happy with their evening.

Excellent welcome, top-notch service. Very good and generous meal.

A really nice place with a truly original and family-friendly karaoke atmosphere, I highly recommend it!
