Very warm welcome. Simple, home-style cooking. The owner is very friendly.

At the edge of the pier, we had a small snack (homemade waffle) and the service was quick.

Pleasant setting, a menu with plenty of choice, excellent crepes, friendly waitress. A place to remember.

Food: The crepe was made with jelly, even though the menu listed jam, and the lemonade was barely sparkling (it seemed to be past its expiration date). Service: The plate was chipped, and the cutlery was of lower quality than school cafeteria fare (not good quality at all). Given the high price, which wouldn't bother me if these details weren't present, it left a rather bitter taste. The restaurant didn't accept Ticket Restaurant cards, which is standard practice these days (paper vouchers are practically no longer offered by companies). Atmosphere: marred by the previous points, and the owner was only seen at the checkout inside. There's nothing hostile in my review, just my opinion and a feeling. (Google review request.)

I decided to have a salad... and it wasn't a bagged salad! Back from the Marais Poitevin, 30 minutes late returning the boat 😂😂😂 We were greeted with a smile. Top top top

Coffee was disappointing: very weak and two different amounts for the same order of allongé also one of the most expensive we have had in 3 weeks in France. The cheapest draught beer was great and our baguette sandwiches were tasty, although the bread was pretty hard. We’ll put that down to the hot weather. Service was a bit hit and miss, we were forgotten and had to go in to get menus and then again to get the waitress to take our order. However it was a lovely spot to watch the world go by, right on the river, and our bill was a reasonable 25€.

Everything was perfect! I recommend it for parents with strollers.
