Friendly welcome, old-fashioned setting, air-conditioned dining room, clean and visible kitchen. Daily menu €21.50 Very good caillette Perfectly cooked vegetable aioli, well-cooked piece of fish, homemade mayonnaise Very good floating island, never eaten anything like it. A very reasonable price with a complete and good menu. I highly recommend this establishment.

09/10/2025: Let's start with the negative points, where some improvements would be welcome: the restaurant is rather ordinary and uninviting, and the welcome is a bit cold (thanks to the Chilean apprentice for warming us up with his smile!). On the other hand, we ate extremely well, with delicious and very well-presented dishes (prawns, swordfish), which makes it a good place to which we will gladly return.
02/10/2025: Top-notch deals and top quality! By far the best Buis-les-Baronnies has to offer!
