Excellent Moroccan restaurant: superb tagine and coucous. Very warm welcome; too bad we are only passing through, we would have returned with great pleasure
On vacation in Saumur, we discovered this Moroccan gem.
The boss is adorable and the homemade dishes are delicious. You can go there with your eyes closed!!!
We went to this very unpretentious restaurant with no real high expectations
When we arrived the door was locked( too early)
We were let in and welcomed. After that it was a very pleasant surprise. A limited menu of tagine and couscous dishes. We had one of each both of which were really good.
Overall this was a very good experience. What a nice place
The setting is pleasant and the service excellent. The couscous, correct, well served. On the other hand, the vegetables were not cooked enough for my taste but especially the lamb skewers were really too fatty. It's a shame. I had a better memory last summer.
