Address to remember absolutely! We discovered this brewery by chance, during a gust of wind this Easter Monday! The host outside the place was lovely and we walked in even though we didn't have a reservation. We had a delicious time. Everything was perfect. Cozy decoration, comfortable furniture, discreet but attentive and attentive servers. Attractive menu and promising daily menu. We feasted. The value for money is incredible. If you are passing through, GO WITHOUT HESITATION.

What a surprise to rediscover this restaurant under this universe which saved the stock market, top service, cuisine which is worth its price compared to before... nothing to complain about, it has become one of the best restaurants in Saumur.

23/03/2024: I recommend this restaurant at very affordable prices. Bravo to the cook who is often alone to serve
13/02/2024: The establishment has a modest appearance. The rear room overlooks the pretty Thouet valley. There are parking lots next to and in front of the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals served and the efficiency of the service. We feasted.
