Wow! I've had my share of couscous, but this one is in a league of its own. Between the tender meat and the melt-in-your-mouth semolina, not to mention the warm welcome, you can't pass through Saumur without going. I came, I saw, I came back.

Excellent! We were passing through on Mother's Day. After being turned away from another restaurant because of our small dog (whom we couldn't leave in the car in those temperatures), we called L'escale du Maroc. From the initial phone call to the dessert, everything was perfect and delicious. Thank you so much!
