The meal was perfect, a magnificent setting with its Toulouse brickwork and grand hall with vaulted arches, very pleasant service, and above all, dishes made with high-quality ingredients in generous portions. The beef fillet with its Madeira sauce and foie gras was cooked to perfection, rare and piping hot. Thank you to the chef and the team!

We went to this restaurant thanks to my little brother who lives near Toulouse. We had a wonderful lunch with our biker friends. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food excellent! Cooked exactly as requested. That's rare. What more can I say? Simple, friendly, pleasant, and a great atmosphere where the staff make it a pleasure to eat well. A lovely place to enjoy. Enjoy!

The setting was very pleasant.
The service was fairly professional but not very warm.
A bit pricey for the average quality.
The gazpacho was too acidic and the steak tartare was far too sauced to taste the meat. However, the grilled squid was good, as was the pork pluma, which was very tender.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and above all, the service was fantastic. A special mention goes to Alexandre, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We'll definitely be back! 😊

Excellent restaurant with a beautiful exterior and attentive service. It richly deserves its Maître Restaurateur title. Special mention for the melt-in-your-mouth ribeye and flank steak with shallots, and the chocolate ganache quenelles with tonka beans.
