An excellent choice! L'Escarbille restaurant offers delicious cuisine, prepared with quality ingredients and great care. Each dish is as beautiful as it is tasty. The service is professional, attentive, and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is elegant and perfect for a pleasant time, whether as a couple, with family, or with friends. A restaurant I highly recommend and where I will gladly return!

Excellent restaurant in Montgiscard. The portions are very generous and the quality/price ratio is superb. I had Serrano ham and melon as a starter, flank steak with shallots and homemade fries as a main course, and two scoops of strawberry-passion fruit sorbet to finish. Highly recommended. Reservations are recommended.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Whether alone or with others, for lunch or dinner, the setting, both inside and out, is magnificent. The service is always very pleasant, helpful, and always smiling. As for the food... no other word than PERFECT can describe it. Cassoulet lovers, DON'T HESITATE!!! Personally, when I'm craving it, I don't even hesitate and don't bother looking for anything else. Every moment spent at this place has always been EXCELLENT. A big thumbs up to Alexandre who, on each of our visits, is always there, smiling, and very professional, both with us and with the rest of the staff. Thank you again to the entire team at L'Escarbille for offering us such good food and for always welcoming us so warmly. This kind of place is becoming increasingly rare. THANK YOU!

A large parking lot, a bit lacking in shade trees, but the restaurant is fantastic! Congratulations to the chef, the meat melts in your mouth, the fries are real, and the salad starter is exquisite and generous. The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive. There are two large terraces to enjoy, and the dining rooms are air-conditioned. A big thank you to everyone!
