Top restaurant! Go for the snails, you'll come back. On the cellar side, the selection by the glass is perfect, very beautiful Ligerian houses (and often organic). A very nice table in Saumur.

Lunch this afternoon with my wife. The daily menu is simply sublime. The delicious appetizer, the remarkable snails, the salmon accompanied by finely seasoned leeks and a sublime clementine rosemary panacotta. The dishes are served hot, the service staff are attentive and the setting is calming. Nice wine list too. To try without hesitation.

Delicious dishes from amuse bouche to dessert, everything is perfect: homemade, refined and copious dishes, smiling waitresses at the top and excellent advice, both in terms of dishes and wines, very cozy small room, careful decoration, very pretty crockery, impeccable establishment. Too bad we can only give 5 stars. Will deserve 3 stars in the restaurant guides We recommend 500%

30/03/2024: A small creperie near the town hall. Reservations are advisable, especially since a stop at this creperie is a good omen. We don't regret it. Friendly staff and very good food. Top quality price. The service is fast. An efficient waitress despite the stairs to climb if you are placed upstairs.
19/03/2024: Excellent meal. You must reserve because it is very popular. The price of glory.
