We received a warm welcome. The only downside was the cooking of my hamburger. Being pregnant, I asked for the patty in my burger to be well-done, but unfortunately, it arrived pink/bloody in the center. I asked for it to be cooked again, and when the second burger arrived, the patty was overcooked, almost burnt. It's a shame they don't know how to properly cook a hamburger... Otherwise, the rest of the meal and the service were very good!

A simple, pleasant place, run by professionals. A very warm welcome and excellent service where even beginners know their limitations and don't hesitate to ask their more experienced colleagues for help. The gourmet cuisine is of excellent quality, both in terms of the ingredients used and the preparation. Several menus...GENTLE AND EXPERTLY EXECUTED. What more can I say...the true value for money is consistently there. Bravo to everyone for your professionalism.

A place to remember, impeccable service, pleasant and attentive staff. The set menu (starter, main course, cheese, dessert) is €31 and very generous. Delicious cocktail 🍸

After a lovely day in town, we went to eat at L'Escargot d'Or. The atmosphere was wonderful, we felt very comfortable and pleasant on the terrace with its beautiful sunshine. The meal was excellent, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it, see you soon! 😊

07/09/2026: A wonderful restaurant, a cozy little haven in the heart of Saint-Étienne. The owner, who is also the chef, is very friendly and talented. We had a truly excellent meal, with flavorful dishes. We highly recommend the quenelle, the restaurant's signature dish. You won't be disappointed!
