A little disappointed.
The meal was good, but it took an hour and a half for our starter (perhaps because we opted for a three-course meal instead of six). We had time to eat bread while we waited.
Filtered water costs €5 a bottle; at the price of the set menus, it should be free.
The staff is friendly. The dishes were good and original, but the value for money wasn't there.

A disappointment: over three hours spent waiting for the six-course menu due to extremely slow service. We were served after people who arrived after us.
The food was decent, nothing more: a commendable boldness, although some dishes left much to be desired (the pasta, not homemade, was too spicy and burnt; the fish was overcooked; the dessert was simple).
One wonders if this is even a proper brasserie; there wasn't even a tablecloth on the faux-wood table.
All this for Michelin-starred prices without the expected standards.

The chef is always at the top of his game, we love his cuisine!
The dishes are perfectly balanced, and we enjoyed original and well-executed flavors.
The only downside was the service, which was very slow and, above all, unfair. When you've been seated for 15 minutes and no one comes to you, while other people arrive long after you and are served before you, we don't find that logical.
We ordered a glass of wine, and the amuse-bouches arrived after we had finished it. You mention this to the waiter, and he just smiles and does nothing.
Perhaps that's why everything else was so incredibly slow.
It's a real shame for this establishment, which truly deserves two Michelin stars for its cuisine.

A wonderful experience, a lovely evening, impeccable service with a view of the kitchen.
The recommendations were spot-on, and the Wagyu beef was cooked to perfection.
Special mention for the pear dessert.
The only downside was the lack of background music.
