New Year's Eve menu: delicious, homemade amuse-bouches. Homemade foie gras, perfect smoked salmon, and prawns on a bed of truffle risotto were fabulous. The meat was equally fabulous. A cheese platter and a dessert that was a nice change from the usual fare (a mandarin entremet with a chocolate crunch). The entire meal was impeccable. The service was very pleasant and always with a smile. We were delighted to share this New Year's Eve with the team at L'Estable and the evening's band.

Perfect from start to finish, the owner Richard's welcome is top-notch, the restaurant is magnificent, the atmosphere equally so, the staff are welcoming and smiling, and what can I say about the quality of the food served! Richard gave us a wonderful welcome, and we had a lovely conversation throughout the meal!

A perfect experience from start to finish! The welcome was fantastic, the decor tasteful, and the music very pleasant. Special mention to the owner, who is dynamic, funny, and genuinely friendly. As for the food, it's a delight: the meats are succulent and the gratins are simply delicious. I recommend it 1000%!
