Once inside, you forget you're in an industrial area. The decor is lovely: wood, beams, a fireplace. The meat was absolutely excellent, and the service was professional and friendly.

Easy parking, friendly welcome, varied menu in terms of choice and price, wine list to suit all tastes, perfectly cooked dishes and... the cherry on top of the cake, dishes are suitable for people with gluten intolerance.

An exceptional experience, so much more than just a restaurant! Rarely – if ever – have I had such a memorable experience in a steakhouse. Here, you don't just come to eat: you travel, you listen to a story, you share a passion. The owner is incredibly kind and genuine. He speaks about the meat, its origins, his journey, and his vision with a contagious passion that commands respect. You immediately sense that each cut is chosen with the heart and exacting standards of a true connoisseur. The welcome is simply outstanding: sincere smiles, infectious good humor, constant attention… an atmosphere I've never experienced before. You feel expected, valued, almost like you're at home. And what can I say about the meat… exceptional, perfectly cooked, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth tender, sourced from all corners of the world. Every bite confirms that you're in an establishment that deeply loves what it does. A huge congratulations to the owner and his team. New Year's Eve menu: delicious, homemade amuse-bouches. Homemade foie gras, perfect smoked salmon, and prawns on a bed of truffle risotto were fabulous. The meat was equally fabulous. A cheese platter and a dessert that was a nice change from the usual fare (a mandarin entremet with a chocolate crunch). The entire meal was impeccable. The service was very pleasant and always with a smile. We were delighted to share this New Year's Eve with the team at L'Estable and the evening's band.

Perfect from start to finish, the owner Richard's welcome is top-notch, the restaurant is magnificent, the atmosphere equally so, the staff are welcoming and smiling, and what can I say about the quality of the food served!
