A fantastic discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The meat was absolutely exceptional: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each dish. The service was also excellent, with a welcoming and attentive team. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fine meat. A nice bonus to the evening: there was a singer performing acoustically—it was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Exhibiting at the Brignoles fair with our beautiful American cars, we feasted on all the wood-fired grilled meats, cooked with love and passion by a true cowboy with a real passion for meat. He was assisted by his wife and son, as well as a bubbly and very efficient young woman, ensuring fast and cheerful service! Everyone was very welcoming, the work was meticulous, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great! We'll be visiting their restaurant soon because, being meat lovers, it looks so tempting! 😋👍

We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The owner presented his meats with passion, and all the servers were incredibly attentive. The meat cooked over a real wood fire was absolutely divine. We ordered a hanger steak and a salmon steak, and I've never experienced such a rich, woody aroma. I want more! Highly recommended ;)

In an unusual setting, we enjoyed delicious dishes with an impressive selection of meats. We'll definitely be back.

Once inside, you forget you're in an industrial area. The decor is lovely: wood, beams, a fireplace. The meat was absolutely excellent, and the service was professional and friendly.

Easy parking, friendly welcome, varied menu in terms of choice and price, wine list to suit all tastes, perfectly cooked dishes and... the cherry on top of the cake, dishes are suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
