Excellent bistro! Generous portions of high-quality food! Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Louis, the manager, is very friendly! Friendly and always smiling! We had a wonderful evening with friends! We'll be back!!

I discovered this place by chance and it ticks all the boxes! The decor is lovely, a blend of traditional and modern brasserie style, tastefully decorated, with a discreet and pleasant musical ambiance. They offer small aperitifs upon arrival. The service is friendly and extremely efficient: I ordered almost immediately, in less than 5 minutes! I had the Flemish carbonnade, it was exquisite and very generous!

We just discovered this place thanks to Nadège Dalé's review, and we loved it! Even though I have a sweet tooth, I couldn't even have dessert. The dishes served live were delicious and more than enough, even though we're big eaters. 👏👏👏

This restaurant is a gem! Whenever I'm in Hazebrouck for work, I look forward to going there, just for dinner at Estam St Georges! The manager is welcoming and energetic, the service is quick, the food is excellent, and the value for money is unbeatable! I'm from Brittany, but if I lived here, this would be my go-to spot! I'm a huge fan of Maroilles cheese! The chicken au gratin with Maroilles, the andouillettes with Maroilles, the ham hock with Maroilles, the fries: everything is exquisite and incredibly generous! Well done to the whole team for your hard work, and thank you!

Everything is perfect in this little restaurant. Every trip to Hazebrouck ends at L'Estam Saint Georges... it's my Thursday night go-to. Thank you for the warm welcome, the smiles, and sharing a wonderful time... If there's one place I recommend, it's L'Estam Saint Georges.

27/03/2026: A superb discovery in Hazebrouck! The welcome is warm and you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are generous, delicious, and truly live up to the restaurant's name: authentic! Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for a pleasant meal.

01/10/2025: A very good time spent in a clean and calm setting. Good local products. Good value for money.
07/09/2025: After a phone call assuring me it was open 7 days a week (this needs correcting on Google), my wife, my father, and I went to this restaurant last week. The gravel parking lot is opposite the restaurant, and you have to cross a busy road to get there. This is the only drawback, which is why I deducted a star from the overall rating (I didn't know where else to deduct it). It's worth noting, however, that the owner told us we could park behind the restaurant if we had mobility issues. We received a very warm welcome in a beautifully decorated dining room. The meal, made with homemade dishes, was excellent and refined without being stuffy. We were served at our own pace, which is very rare. We will gladly return and highly recommend this establishment. Thank you again for this excellent meal. 😋
