Coming randomly to Saint Julien, the estaminet is easily located on the main axis of our journey. The facade is not very salesy but on the other hand, what a wonderful surprise. The room is simple, sober but very clean. The welcome is pleasant and the cuisine is very subtle. Well crafted, the products are truly enhanced by the chef. We weren't expecting anything special for a midday visit but ultimately what a joy.!! This meal made our day. I highly recommend it for discerning palates, we were delighted. THANKS.

How to rediscover the atmosphere of the restaurants of my childhood, an excellent meal (the daily menu), an efficient and welcoming waitress, a top chef and a small restaurant where life is good. Not to be missed if you are in the area. Nothing to complain about except perhaps the large quantity of meat but who would complain about that..
