We had a wonderful time with our family, sharing this excellent meal made with high-quality ingredients. The cuisine was inventive and full of flavor; the dishes were presented with great care and originality. We'll definitely be back.

Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful setting, peaceful, magnificent village. Delicious meal, varied flavors, excellent ingredients, inventive cuisine. Excellent value for money at Justin's bistro. One small negative point: please switch to espresso!

Very good, simple yet pleasant decor. High-quality cuisine, a delightful array of tastes and flavors. Very good service. Despite the long-standing tradition of chef Jean-Pierre Vidal, Aurélien has carried on admirably. Congratulations, we will be back.

We took the children on their first gastronomic experience. A little adventure at Justin's Table. They didn't eat everything, didn't enjoy everything... But at least they tried everything. Thank you for the warm welcome, it was great for them! Always a pleasant experience, especially for us, as we don't eat out very often. Thank you for the evening!

A nine-course menu allowed us to rediscover the chef's creations (already tested in September 2025). Everything was perfect: service and welcome. The dishes were well-suited to the heat. A big bravo to the whole team! A big thank you to the chef!

02/09/2024: Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette Hôtel 1 étoile ou nous avons été bien reçu et pris en charge. Les chambres sont convenable et propre, il y a tout dedans et la literie est bonne. Nous avons pris un repas du soir ou nous avons bien mangé, simple, bon et en quantité. Le petit Dèj et lui aussi très bien je recommande fortement aux personnes qui recherche un hôtel authentique dans la région de St Julien Chapteuil.
12/08/2024: J'ai déjeuné récemment dans cette auberge avec une amie, nous avons pris le menu du jour à 16.50€. Tout était cuisiné maison avec des produits frais. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je ne comprends pas trop les avis négatifs sur ce restaurant. Evidemment, on n'est pas dans un lieu avec une décoration bling bling moderne uniformisée, mais l'endroit est authentique, bien tenu. Et, de plus, l'accueil est sympa!
