After a very successful first experience in June at Justin's Bistro, we returned for the tasting menu at the gastronomic restaurant. Everything was once again perfect. High-quality ingredients, intelligently prepared with respect for the product, beautiful presentation of the dishes, attentive and charming service. We will return with great pleasure.

The chef is always looking for new ideas, especially with his famous pâté en croûte. The three-course menu at Bistrot de Justin is a delight, with high-quality dishes and excellent presentation, and attentive and efficient service. A must-try!

An incredible bistro with exceptional value for money! Excellent from start to finish: delicate, refined, and so delicious. We were even lucky enough to be seated in the dining room of the fine-dining restaurant, due to a reduced staff that day: a true upgrade that made the experience even more enjoyable! From the very beginning, several amuse-bouches whetted our appetites. And a special mention for the sourdough bread with seeds, served with homemade herb butter: absolutely incredible! So much so that within 5 minutes, not a crumb was left on the table! Special mention also goes to the cold tart starter: a true feast for the eyes before an explosion of flavors in the mouth. And it's impossible not to mention the pâté en croûte, which is rightly renowned! The dining room, with its understated and elegant decor, is magnificent. The service is discreet, attentive, and perfectly executed. A restaurant that is truly worth the detour!
