A very pleasant surprise. Excellent welcome. Impeccable service! Excellent value for money. Nothing to complain about, only positive things to say! It's great to see that independent restaurants still exist.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the interior is typical, and the decor is a mix of whimsical and period pieces, including old information about Dunkirk. The food is traditional and good. The Maroilles cheese sauce is excellent. The fish and chips is just as good as in Scotland!

The Flemish tavern, what can I say... you're completely transported back to the atmosphere of the North of that era. Being from the area, I rediscovered my childhood, both in the food and the ambiance. Thank you to the waitresses for their cheerfulness and to the owner for his down-to-earth nature!
