The pizzas were very good. The owner/pizza maker is very kind and attentive.
In short, highly recommended!
12/07/2026: We stopped by today for takeout. The cook and server were very, very pleasant. The pizzas were delicious, and it was great to be able to get two different toppings on the same pizza. Since we wanted to have a picnic in the park next door, they kindly cut our pizzas for us ;) We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and it was much better than the pizza chain right next door!

12/07/2026: Quite a lot to say… dirty toilets, the owner insists on giving 5 stars even though we haven't tasted his food yet… he forces us to buy drinks several times, and all that just to end up eating a chicken burger when I ordered a steak, and to top it all off, I got sick… anyway, if this review can save you from food poisoning, I'd be happy (if the owner doesn't make me delete my review 😂).

25/06/2026: Richard is truly at the top of his game. His restaurant is impeccable, the welcome is always warm, and you can tell he loves what he does. Delicious, generous portions, a unique setting with a view of the harbor from the terrace, and a great bar atmosphere in the evening. I would have given it 6 stars if Google allowed it... even though some claim it was even better before he switched to non-alcoholic beer 😂😂
An excellent place that I recommend without hesitation!

05/07/2026: A must-try if you're in Dunkirk. An unusual restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and the food is excellent. I highly recommend the Flemish carbonnade – a real treat! Afterwards, enjoy a gourmet coffee and take a stroll along the quays to help with digestion. Don't forget to book ahead, as it's often full, especially on Saturdays.

24/07/2026: Restaurant accessible to wheelchair users.
Despite being very busy, the service is quick. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
The mussel dishes are generous.
The meat dishes are good and well-presented.
One small drawback: we were offered a carafe of water (which was already open when it was served) and then charged for it.
Parking is difficult, as the restaurant is located on the seafront.
24/07/2026: We come back from time to time for the mussels, but we had two bad experiences today (July 24th):
- A Chandon spritz for €9 where there was practically nothing left after removing a glass of ice (about 10).
- A €23 error in the payment, refunded in cash.
And of course, no apology, because it's always someone else's fault.
