Exceptionnel - belle ardoise avec un beau choix de plats. Présentation travaillée et portions généreuses. Cuisine excellente - on en redemande ! Service très sympa et de bon conseil. La preuve : réservation très conseillée ! Bref une pépite.

Accueil charmant, la cuisine est excellente, avec une présentation des plats soignée mais mon Dieu que c’est long, on grignote du pain et à la fin on n’a plus faim quand les plats arrivent.

We had a great time in this little restaurant, thanks to the great friendliness of the waitresses and the good food. The Provençal veal paupiettes are a treat! To recommend.

Le Saint Hubert Hotel Restaurant

10/09/2024: It was a perfect evening at Le Saint Hubert. The food and service were excellent, never intrusive but always present. And the ambience was very appealing and was only topped by the great view of the valley. A real recommendation.
09/09/2024: Exquisite evening at Saint Herbert. Eric, Lise and their team always create an amazing atmosphere with not only perfectly prepared plates but incredible gluten free options. This is one of the best restaurants in the Luberon. And the place I always take guests when they visit. This is the one place you have to eat when in the area.
