Okay. Just had a drink. So it was alright. But I agree with most of the comments. In 2026, don't accept cards for orders under €10. I'm a restaurant owner too. This nonsense has to stop. It's something you can negotiate with the bank. Unless it suits them to have more cash on hand... Luckily my friend had cash. I only had my card on my phone. What do you do when you've ordered and you discover it's a minimum of €10? It's definitely pushing for consumption and it's really bad for business. Luckily you're in a tourist area, otherwise that little joke might have backfired. You have to move with the times. It's a shame. The bar is very well located. But next time I come to St. Martin, it will be at a different establishment.

Oh stop it people! There are signs everywhere that spend needs to be at least 10 euros to use a bank card. Surely you people haven’t forgotten about the existence of cash points?
