We had a lovely time. The staff are very friendly.

€10 minimum charge to sit outside. No wonder there is no one here. Find somewhere else if you’re on your own and only want a coffee. Disgraceful. It does warn you on tables. But still.

Okay. Just had a drink. So it was alright. But I agree with most of the comments. In 2026, don't accept cards for orders under €10. I'm a restaurant owner too. This nonsense has to stop. It's something you can negotiate with the bank. Unless it suits them to have more cash on hand... Luckily my friend had cash. I only had my card on my phone. What do you do when you've ordered and you discover it's a minimum of €10? It's definitely pushing for consumption and it's really bad for business. Luckily you're in a tourist area, otherwise that little joke might have backfired. You have to move with the times. It's a shame. The bar is very well located. But next time I come to St. Martin, it will be at a different establishment.

Why so much unnecessary aggression in some of the comments? A friendly bar and staff where we enjoyed a delicious hot punch! Wishing everyone a beautiful and peaceful year full of kindness! Locals from Périgord who will be back 😉🥰
