While passing through Valberg, the restaurant L’Etable was recommended to us and what a nice surprise!! We enjoyed the meal in the brazier and the homemade desserts from start to finish. We left more than satisfied and the service was top notch, very kind and smiling if we have the opportunity to return to Valberg we know where to go to eat! ! Looking forward to seeing you again 😊

Perfect !!!!!! Above all, you must reserve.... From the welcome to the plate, everything was perfect. An excellent “meat” braserade accompanied by salad, potatoes 🥔 and “homemade” sauces. Unfortunately I was not able to drink wine that evening but there was a very nice wine list (next time I hope!!!!). But a big plus from the kindness of the owners and staff!!!! To recommend.

Really great ! Delicious, plentiful just a big downside for us the excessive heat 🥵 I understand the waiter in a t-shirt!! And rather to do for 2 without the little one... but 5 stars all the same because really super good and super friendly team, excellent quality of meat and accompaniments too

Magnificent setting, very pleasant welcome. On the other hand, it's too expensive. €36 for a pierrade with frozen fries, industrial sauce, salad and several quality pieces of meat. On the other hand, the desserts are very good! I think that given the price, we expect to have more different side dishes (vegetables) and above all necessarily fresh (fries, homemade sauce...). Probably change of owner or map because it does not correspond with the photos on Google and the map on their site.

Amazing ! Everything was perfect ! We had a meat and cheese raclette which was super good, the cocktails are original and very good, I’m not even talking about the desserts which are… EXCELLENT. The owners and their employees are very friendly which is very pleasant. I really recommend it to have a good time and eat well.

Warm welcome and top service, the setting is neat and the dishes tasty and plentiful...we had an excellent time, thank you.
