How could I not give it 5 stars…? Incredible brunch, it's officially my new go-to spot in Valberg. Next time we'll come in the evening to try it. To sum it up, everything is "too much": the service is amazing, the food is delicious, and the portions are huge. It's well deserved, see you very soon ;-)

I came today with my mother and grandparents. We'd heard so much about this famous restaurant and wanted to try it out for ourselves. We received a very warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the main course to dessert. The service was excellent; I recommend this establishment 200%. We had a wonderful time. Excellent experience during our holiday in Valberg! The welcome was truly warm; the whole team is friendly, smiling, and very pleasant. You can immediately tell they love what they do, and that contributes to the convivial atmosphere of the place. We tried the brunch, and frankly, it's exceptional. The products are high-quality, everything is delicious, and the portions are very generous. The value for money is excellent. To be honest, after that, we weren't hungry for the rest of the day! A word of advice: definitely make a reservation. The establishment is very popular, and it's easy to understand why. In fact, it's quite surprising to see some people get upset when they can't find a table without a reservation. When a place is popular and often full, booking is simply part of the experience. We came as a family of four with a young child. We only ordered three brunches and a small dessert for our son, and that wasn't a problem at all. The team was understanding and kind. Personally, I don't understand some of the negative reviews. I mostly get the impression that people who arrive with a smile and respect leave with the same smile in return. Politeness and kindness generally work both ways. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return on our next visit to Valberg. 😊

What can I say except... Perfect! The mountain specialties cooked over an open fire are simply divine! The homemade desserts are generous and so delicious! We come every time we're in Valberg and it's always a treat. The food is delicious, the sauces for the meats are very flavorful, and the service is incredibly friendly and attentive. Special mention for the raclette and braised meat mix – it's the perfect combination! If you still have room, the desserts are very good too!
