The problem isn't the quality of the food, but the prices, which are a bit too high. Not to mention that the menu has been significantly reduced and there's no longer a lunchtime menu.

A pleasant welcome and a fairly varied selection of dishes. The prices are reasonable. Expect a short wait, but it shouldn't be too inconvenient.

If you're in St. Francois de Longchamp, then L'Etable du Dahut is where you want to eat! My husband and I had the absolute BEST time here. Be prepared for a slow lovely meal. There was one waiter for the whole restaurant but he was amazing. Giving his undivided attention to each table, he made our evening. We had the Roblochon with fresh bread, potatoes and meats and ate every bite. Recommend making a reservation as they were turning away tables by the end of the night!

LE TROLL GOURMAND

10/02/2026: Discovered La Potence last week. Excellent service, the quality of the food was top-notch, and the chef and owner were very attentive and welcoming. No complaints whatsoever. The owner manages her dining room with a firm hand... some very noisy and disruptive customers were asked to be considerate of the other patrons. Thank you to them. I'll definitely be back next year!
09/02/2026: We had the pleasure of being very well received last night! Quality home cooking from the main course to dessert ☺️ We enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day for lunch!
