The best raclette in France!! Excellent service!

Place chosen during a walk in this beautiful village. We tried to taste a bit of everything without going for the usual raclette which still looked delicious; even the morsels of meat served on a metal ball that they set on fire were not chosen, much to my disappointment (maybe for next time ;-). Let's get to us: my wife took a terrine of melted cheese with local cold cuts and potatoes (the best dish of our selection) with an accompanying salad, for me a wild boar stew with rosemary with exceptional baked potatoes (but a step below the terrine in my opinion) and my daughter a plate with local cured meats and cheeses, potato sticks and fried gnocchi filled with wild spinach cream which were beyond belief, all delicious. we ate on the terrace, the place is very welcoming and has a room on the upper floor, the staff is very kind, if not Italian they speak it perfectly and also provide the menu in Italian. We chose a local half-liter beer, amber, truly exquisite and very particular. Water was offered and we had two not bad coffees. Three of us spent €74 in line with local restaurants. Really good quality!

This is a cozy spot with excellent food and great service. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The menu is full of great choices, and there were also some terrific wine options. Service was excellent - attentive and efficient. The food was spot on, and we loved everything we ordered. Our meal here was one of the highlights of our two weeks in the French Alps.

Three Peaks Dessert! We really liked the wild boar stew and the hot box too.

Every year we return to this place where hospitality and kindness are at home. Ordered half a liter of house wine: I was brought a 0.25 carafe because they kept the other one cool. A small gesture of great attention to the customer. The food is always excellent and well presented, a lovely location. An obligatory destination for anyone who stops to eat in Briancon.

Typical mountain restaurant, small outdoor area and room on the ground floor, not very large and well furnished, very welcoming, room on the upper floor. The Italian lady who welcomed us served us quickly with courtesy and professionalism. Raclet on the table and while the plates were heating, a platter with excellent cured meats. Ristorante in pieno centro storico di Briancon, molto frequentato dai turisti quindi è necessario prenotare. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi e formaggi molto buono e il piatto a tema medievale con carne infilzata su una sfera servita con patate e salsine varie . Carta dei vini adeguata.

Restaurant in the historic center of Briancon, very popular with tourists so reservations are necessary. We had a very good starter of cured meats and cheeses and the medieval themed dish with meat skewered on a sphere served with potatoes and various sauces. Adequate wine list.
