Delicious meat, excellent service, it's a shame they forgot the bottle of wine, a subtle wok dish with ice cream, much better than L'Escale

First visit to this restaurant while visiting the island. The welcome was very good, and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered a children's menu and three sirloin steaks. The food arrived quickly, but we were disappointed when it came time to eat it. We asked for our meat to be cooked rare. We received medium-rare. The same thing happened with the children's hamburger, which was overcooked. After we pointed out the problem to the waitress, she kindly offered to retrieve the dishes for us, as she was already aware of the issue (I think the cooks have trouble controlling the cooking). However, when the dishes were returned, the fries weren't fully cooked, but we didn't say anything. I would add that it's a good idea to choose homemade sauces to go with the fries. However, I'm disappointed that no compensation was offered because, upon our arrival, the waitress unfortunately dropped her tray of glasses on our table. My son's phone was soaked, and there was water on him too. Sure, they apologized, but they could have easily offered us a free drink or coffee, given these issues… But nothing.

Exceptional… exceptional meat!!! A Texas-style flank steak… Black Angus. Exceptional!!! We discovered this place on a recommendation, and we absolutely do not regret it… The welcome, the service, and the quality of the meat and homemade desserts… Pure bliss. I highly recommend it.

On the island for two days, a visit to L’Etal du Boucher is a must for any meat lover! Two days, two meals there! Their meats are excellent, their dishes are beautifully prepared: special mention to the chef! My husband and son loved it! For me, being vegetarian: no problem at all: they adapt perfectly! The service is absolutely top-notch! The waitresses, Clara and Mimi, are energetic, smiling, very pleasant, and above all, very efficient and attentive, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. Very well located, accessible for people with reduced mobility, young children, and dogs are welcome! Thank you to Philippe, Virginie, and Didier for their warm welcome and kindness! Remember to book your table during peak season to be sure not to miss out on a meal there!

Besides having a very good lunch, we had a great time with Didier and his team. Well done, it was very enjoyable.

We go back every year for a delicious rib steak in the Porquerolles town square. The quality-price ratio is excellent, and we always receive a very warm welcome! See you next year! :)

We received a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. We don't regret stopping at this establishment. The small menu suggests the freshness of the ingredients; having ordered four different dishes, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it! 😊

An exceptional experience from start to finish! The service was simply outstanding, the kind you rarely see: a welcoming, smiling, and very attentive team. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. As for the food, nothing to complain about: the meat was of impeccable quality, perfectly cooked, and delicious. From the main course to dessert, everything was excellent, prepared with care, and bursting with flavor. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back!
