Excellent meal. The Thai salad and the grilled cuttlefish were both delicious. Two terraces, one with a sea view. However, the service was incredibly slow. Between the time we sat down and the time we received our food, 50 minutes passed. And that was after we mentioned we were in a hurry. After that, we still had to wait another 20 minutes.

A wonderful discovery! I had a fantastic time at dinner last night. The welcome was particularly warm, the restaurant's waterfront location is ideal, and the food was flawless! Delicious and generous. I highly recommend it.

Without a reservation, a fully booked restaurant could have turned us away. But no: a table was found for us, facing the sunset over the pond—a setting that, in itself, sets the stage for a wonderful experience. The service, measured and attentive, knew how to be discreet without ever being intrusive. A balance not always easy to achieve in a busy service environment on a full night. In the kitchen, two well-executed dishes. The whole sea bass, cooked to perfection, was served with a medley of vegetables that retained their crispness (a detail that matters). The tagliatelle with shellfish surprised with its generous portion: the shellfish, perfectly cooked and plump, filled the plate to the point of completely obscuring the pasta underneath, a choice that clearly favored the seafood over the pasta. Between the setting, the welcome, and the flawless cuisine, the experience was perfect. In my opinion, L'Étang is one of the best places to eat in La Franqui.
