L'Etape Flamande sur Hazebrouck

I come to share my experience with you... today June 4, 2024. I had a very, very warm welcome from the owner Lydie, I think her name is that, as well as from her intern who did not disparage the care taken in maintaining the furniture in the restaurant. this young man is smiling, friendly and polite which is something that is being lost more and more... so I would like to greet him and wish him that he flourishes in this very good profession which requires high standards but who brings a lot on a social and professional level. This morning I asked for a cappuccino I put you the photo the service was fast and careful this establishment I highly recommend it for a stopover or for a meal. You will always be well received there. the atmosphere is really very friendly. This brewery is suitable for all kinds of people. really let it be known it's a little pearl inside Hazebrouck.

While passing through Hazebrouck with my friend and his daughters, he introduced me to this restaurant where we eat well and inexpensively. Indeed, I was not disappointed, both by the excellent quality/price ratio of the dishes and drinks, and by Kévin the waiter, his humor, his good humor, and even his little clumsiness. We will not fail to come back, whether to eat, or simply to drink a Peace-Dieu and an Irish ;-)

What can I say other than thank you? Impeccable service, an exceptional atmosphere and very reasonable prices considering the quantity served. For my birthday, I had the surprise of having dinner at L'Étape Flamande, and it was a total success. The waitress was extremely kind, close to the customers, and her humor makes you want to come back. PS: thank you for the candle on the chocolate mousse, see you soon!

Kitchen: not much to say in relation to the price... Reception and service: not very warm, long and disorganized. Atmosphere: it's subjective but given the name Flemish stage, it lacks a bit of reassuring decoration and color. I felt like I was eating in a school restaurant. Big minus on the other hand regarding mineral waters served in plastic bottles, we are in 2024 and a minimum of common sense would like us to be served in returnable glass bottles. It's a shame, I'm sure you can make something great with minimal adjustment ;)

" Pause déjeuner dans cette brasserie plutôt sympa ; elle se trouve dans l'enseigne LECLERC et donc très facile à situer et très pratique si l'on a des courses à faire...j'ai aimé la gentillesse de l'accueil et du service , des tarifs tout à fait raisonnables pour une qualité des plats ( viandes , cuisson , légumes et frites etc... ) au rdv pour nôtre part . Le service est rapide si on le souhaite . A noter qu'une deuxième grande salle se situe à l'étage supérieur et que pour y accéder , on bénéficie d'un ascenseur en cas de mobilité réduite ...ça mérite d'être souligné ....en résumé , très bon rapport qualité/prix ....cdlt"

Very clean brasserie, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The dish of the day at 13€ (without drink) was delicious, roast pork orloff with chorizo ​​cheese sauce fries salad, very well served, just missing a little background music.
