We ordered two set menus (salad and sauerkraut) which were excellent value for money. The service was very well organized despite the busy atmosphere. The manager was lovely.

The main course (mussels) and the dessert (Vendée brioche) were both very good. The owner gave me a very warm welcome, even though I came to eat alone and the restaurant was full except for the last table offered to me. The service was quick and pleasant.

We arrived by chance on our bikes, and it was a very pleasant discovery. The €28 menu delighted us with perfectly balanced and spiced curried mussels, meltingly tender and crispy calamari bursting with flavor, and a surprising pineapple carpaccio with rum ice cream! I highly recommend it.

If you're ever in Les Sables d'Olonne, then you absolutely must eat at L'Etelle. By booking in advance, you'll have the pleasure of discovering an exceptional restaurant, renowned for the quality of its dishes as well as the energy and smiles of the service! And what a rigorous selection of ingredients! Everything is made with passion, and we had a truly wonderful time. If you're a foodie and thought you'd tried all the restaurants, you haven't yet been to L'Etelle. Go for it without hesitation!

Every holiday period in the area, it's always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant and introduce it to friends and family. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is regularly updated each season.
The only "downside": It's "a victim of its own success"... so it's best to book in advance. 😉 Looking forward to returning. 👍

What a joy, everything was perfect!!!!
