Second visit, and still just as satisfied with the food, the welcome, and the service. A remarkable restaurant in a magnificent setting.

A wonderful discovery that was recommended to us. The menu is classic. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and you can enjoy the terrace where the sun sets. Reasonable prices.

Both times I ate there, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The dishes are well-prepared, the meat is perfect... This restaurant deserves a sixth star!

Excellent food, superb service, and a beautiful setting. A lovely little family restaurant! Don't hesitate to suggest the toasted tartines as a starter to introduce people to the local cheese; with a small glass of wine, it was exquisite ♥︎ And the Vendée brioche for dessert is highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth! L'Etelle is a small restaurant with welcoming service. The price-quality ratio was absolutely top-notch. Not a huge menu (which makes choosing difficult), but simply tasty, surprising dishes. Highly recommended, but be sure to reserve a few days in advance, as the above is now well-known in the area. Truly a must-visit.

Excellent restaurant, the dishes are sophisticated and delicious. The service is quick and friendly. There's a terrace where we were very comfortable and shaded. I highly recommend this place.

Les Sables D’Olonne has become a nightmare to find parking. Not so much now but as the weeks run into a busier season, it can be torture. We found this restaurant on maps and decided to give it a try. Overall we enjoyed an excellent meal. Quality ingredients. Great service. I chose the €38 menu. I thoroughly enjoyed my crab quinoa starter and sea bass with delicious veg main course. Hubby had €28 menu. He adored the goats cheese roasted peppers starter followed by excellent ribs and chips. We had a pichet 50cl of rosé (€6). Dessert for me was a brioche caramel ice cream heavenly experience! Hubby had caramel mouse choc dish. He preferred mine! 2 cafe cremes. Overall we paid €76. We’re thrilled to have found a “hidden gem”.
