We came to eat this Sunday as a couple, were very well received, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and we have no complaints about the food. We ate very well and will definitely come back.

Overall: The batter for the galettes and crêpes was very good.
The sweet and dry ciders were excellent.
Butter galette: Served on a cold plate with very little butter => acceptable.
Complete galette with mushrooms: Generous, hearty, and served on a warm plate this time => excellent.
Chocolate and coconut crêpe: Unfortunately, there wasn't enough chocolate, but overall it was good.
What I didn't understand is why the chocolate-coconut crêpe costs €1 more than the plain chocolate crêpe, and why a plain chocolate crêpe with slivered almonds costs €2 more.
I would add that using filtered water for the carafes would help avoid the bleach smell in the tap water of Le Mans.
From a culinary point of view, the overall result was good.
Our waitress was friendly and smiling. The setting is pleasant, and the service is quite fast for a table of about 10 guests.
