Wonderful creperie/pizzeria. We ate here as a large group of 7, and service was really good and the food was great. We enjoyed a variety of pizzas and palettes. Also great crepes for dessert. There's a small kids menu. It's a cosy place with a really nice atmosphere.

I'd give it a 4.5*. We had delicious mussels marinara, but I especially recommend the local wine and the crepes with pastry cream. The restaurant is located on a charming street in the old town, so we had an even better time there.

The fries were fresh, crispy, and delicious, the beer was perfectly chilled and just what we needed after a stroll through the old town. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere pleasant and typically French. If you're looking for a cozy bar or bistro in Le Mans for a light snack and a good beer, this is the place to go. Highly recommended for a relaxing time in the city center.

27/03/2026: A chic and very classy place, the atmosphere is calming and soothing. The dishes are all beautifully presented, and they are also very tasty and surprising. The servers are pleasant and professional, and the service is efficient. I highly recommend L'Amphitryon.
24/02/2026: There were only a few of us in this lovely place. Excellent dish (steak) and delicious local beers from Sarthe and Oban whisky. And above all, the charming service from Estelle – a thousand thanks!
