L'Heure de la Pause sur Metz

It seems to me that the restaurant is on its way out. Old-fashioned interior design, but no less charming. However, it was a bit sad on the terrace in the evening. Only a few tables set up which is not inviting. Quality of the food is somewhat disappointing. Dessert was tasty. However, it has great potential in terms of location. (river, park opposite) View from the terrace is now largely obstructed by heavy wooden construction. Was fashionable 20 years ago... not anymore. With the right adjustment to today's expectations, think this has great potential. As it is now I don't recommend it.
