The owner was very friendly, and the food was... fantastic! The sauerkraut flammekueche was delicious! And the small flammekueche for dessert was excellent! Thank you!

We came as a couple this Sunday at noon, and we have no complaints except for the negative reviews about this restaurant. The dishes were good and generous, and the owner is very pleasant. All the best to you! 👏💪🏻

First of all, I really don't understand all these negative comments... It was my first time at this restaurant, and we were very warmly welcomed by the owner. Are people afraid of the lady's accent? The mirabelle plum kir was perfectly balanced. The flammekueche were delicious, generously topped with a very crispy, thin crust (I forgot to take pictures and made up for it with dessert). As for dessert, it was truly excellent and a generous portion. And how beautifully it was presented! A truly positive experience. Like me, form your own opinion!

Regarding these negative reviews, form your own opinion. The owner's welcome is very friendly, the place is charming, with a typical Alsatian feel, right down to the tableware, and the Alsatian meal is just as delicious. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to step inside for a pleasant evening.

A little disconcerting at first, but ultimately a very pleasant welcome and excellent, original home cooking (the sauerkraut flammekueche was superb). Thank you for allowing us this enjoyable experience.

29/11/2025: A must-stop during your strolls in Metz! We stumbled upon this picturesque, timeless spot frequented by regulars, where the coffee is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the endives with ham prepared by the owner, a very friendly person who loves her city and shares great local tips with visitors like us. A wonderful experience to be repeated!
19/10/2025: It's nice, but it feels a bit dated. The place is quite pretty. As for the food, it's not great either. It's good, yes, but the dishes are limited. We wanted to order two tartiflettes, and she told us there was only one left. The dishes are also microwaved. €4.50 for a drink is a bit steep, I think. But it was still good.

06/11/2025: We've been here several times and are always warmly welcomed and well served, especially by the hostess who is very pleasant and offers great advice. The menu is varied, blending traditional and exotic cuisine in a very pleasant jungle/lounge atmosphere. A sure bet when you want to relax in peace and treat yourself, even if it means having a proper communion meal ;)
04/11/2025: When I'm in Metz, I always go back to La Jeep because I love its unique decor, the owner's friendliness, and its excellent food. I always leave satisfied with my meal.
