Finding a restaurant open on Ascension Thursday is no easy feat, and in the evening, it's even harder. But luck was on our side, as we unanimously praised the exemplary presentation of the dishes, the incredible combinations of ingredients and flavors, and the impeccable service. That's why we go to restaurants. Here, everything is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Stylish food with a lot of thought put in to it. Some standout flavours such as mustard ice cream, sweet potato amuse bouche, asparagus entree. It’s the over complicated combinations that detract. Very reasonably priced for this style of cuisine. The staff are lovely.

Hibiscus is an excellent restaurant! The welcome and service are top-notch. From appetizers to desserts, the dishes are beautifully presented by Chef Céline, the combinations are original, expertly executed, and bursting with flavor. The savory and sweet amuse-bouches are also original and excellent. In short: Hibiscus never disappoints; you come here and, above all, you return to enjoy refined cuisine!

Excellent restaurant. Pleasant and chic atmosphere, impeccable and attentive service. Refined and flavorful cuisine for gourmets and connoisseurs. It's a shame that some inconsiderate customers are sometimes particularly noisy!

Very, very good food, a beautiful setting, and excellent service.

I discovered this restaurant for the first time on April 30, 2026. I recommend it because the restaurant is laid out in sections to minimize noise. The spaces are stylish and comfortable. The menu is a little confusing when planning a meal, but you can manage. I tried the pollack with pasta and Neapolitan sauce. It was cooked perfectly; the fish flakes easily with the tip of a fork—it was delicious. A personal observation: the dish should have been warmer so I could have savored it properly. A plate twice as hot would have allowed me to enjoy the dish at the right temperature. As it was, I finished a lukewarm plate. Still good, but lukewarm, you lose some of the flavor. I then treated myself to a dark chocolate mousse. Explosive in the mouth with the intensity of dark chocolate. All washed down with a Chianti. I ordered an espresso. The coffee was served with a spoon, but without sugar. The waiter asked if we wanted sugar, and we had to wait quite a while before a small container with about fifteen packets of granulated sugar arrived. The evening was pleasant.

A wonderful discovery at L’Hibiscus restaurant 🌺 My mother and I were invited after winning an Instagram contest, and everything was perfect! A warm welcome, excellent service, and dishes that were both refined and delicious. The presentation was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant ⭐️ We will definitely be back to see the next menu. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

A wonderful discovery. Refined dishes, cuisine that elevates fresh produce, and flavors that explode in the mouth. Attentive service that enhances the customer's experience. The only downside: the table for five was too noisy. Bravo and thank you to the entire team.
