Fantastic experience! The atmosphere was great, but it was the professionalism of the young waitress that truly made the difference. Smiling, polite, and very attentive to our needs, she managed our service perfectly from beginning to end. Well done to her, I highly recommend her!

Welcome and friendly restaurant. The service was very good, the food is of good quality, the prices are reasonable, and there are several vegetarian options. The restaurant is even vegan-friendly. If you indicate that you eat vegan, a meal is prepared especially for you.

06/04/2026: I come here from time to time, and today I was particularly disappointed. I was at the drive-thru, and there was a long wait (maybe they were understaffed). I ordered a Big Mac meal and a muffin, but they were out of muffins, so they gave me a list of other pastries. I chose a chocolate donut. When I finally got to the window to pay, they told me they were out of chocolate donuts... so I ordered something else. I went home, and the Big Mac was almost cold (even though I live only 5 minutes away). There was only one ketchup (there are usually two), and the orange juice was watered down, so it wasn't very sweet. This is the first time I've been so disappointed...
28/03/2026: The order was prepared quickly, and everything was hot, well-presented, and exactly as described. The restaurant is clean and pleasant, which really makes a difference. And a major plus: the restrooms were spotless, clean, and well-maintained, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The staff is very attentive and caring; it's nice to feel so welcome. 😊

Restaurant Caveau du Chatelet

17/04/2026: We recently visited this restaurant with friends; the food was delicious, the amuse-bouche was lovely, and the sorbet as an intermezzo was a nice touch. We were very impressed and surprised by the excellent service... unfortunately, you don't experience that very often these days.
16/04/2026: A very typical Alsatian restaurant with many local guests. Highly recommended.
